Title: Roofing Sales Position, Account Manager, Forensic Roof Specialist for Service Projects
Report to: President
OBJECTIVE/MISSION: Build and maintain relationships with people who need roofing
services. Provide solutions to resolve their roofing problems “We are a client focused sales
organization. We are selling relationships a with Best Roofing to our clients”
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist clients in managing their roofing portfolios
2. Survey Roofs, diagnosis problem conditions and formulate corrective solutions.
3. Estimate project corrective solutions in conjunction with Service Department Manager as needed.
On larger more complicated projects work with Project Engineer as required. Use good judgment.
Leverage time and projects so that efforts are spent on projects that have the highest opportunity for
success.
4. Prepare effective presentational packages. Make personal presentations to the “purchaser of our
goods and services” as required.
5. Maintain organized file system. Aggressively track projects from bid until contract is awarded. Update
the project status changes. Manage your pipeline.
6. Project management responsibilities by others. Your mission is to solve roofing problems.
7. Close deals.
KEY RESULTS: To secure profitable projects in accordance with the company sales and gross
profit objectives. Sales Objective of 10-15 contracts as a direct result of your efforts worth
$100,000 / month.

• Anticipated Salary plus bonus: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 (depending on performance)
