NIRVANA CONDOMINIUM

Best Roofing was contracted to replace the roofs on all of the five condominium buildings. Superior project management was key during this project as to cause as little disruption to the tenants as possible.Various roofing systems were applied as well as waterproofing.

The Nirvana Condominiums are located on Miami's Upper Eastside, just north of the historic Morningside neighborhood. Located directly on the bay, many Nirvana units feature bay views, and the property is lush with Banyan and other majestic trees.

Nirvana consists of five individual condominium buildings, ranging in size from 60 to 85 units. Each building operates its own association, with the five communities cooperating to share common management and related services operated by a master homeowner's association.
