ROOMS TO GO: KIDS

Another completed project for Best Roofing. The project began during the peak of hurricane season, September 14, 2016. Consequently, the roofing experts faced unpredictable weather conditions. The team had to keep track of the radar to be prepared for approaching thunderstorms. Which is a very important detail so the team can measure the amount of roof removal and installation that could be done efficiently. Rooms To Go: Kids is visible from Interstate 95 and is conveniently located next to the Okee Square Plaza. This project was noted as less challenging when compared to the ones of the past. Nevertheless, issues still evolved. For instance, one issue was protecting the entire showroom floor from dust, debris and damage. Best Roofing constantly handles heavy-duty mechanical equipment so coordinating an appropriate time to maneuver materials was vital. Also, protective walk pads were placed to protect membrane and create a non-slip surface. The installation of the white reflective roof under membrane improved energy efficiency. Air condition units will therefore last longer and the energy cost will decrease. Rooms To Go: Kids will now save 50% on their Air condition cost. The completion date was on January 17, 2017 with a 20 year warranty!
