Thassos Island

Thassos Island was a new construction project in which Best Roofing was contracted to build the roofing system.  We installed a white, reflective roofing system for the restaurant.

Rauch Warehouse

Pine Ridge Investment Group contracted Best Roofing to recover their 19,000 sq.ft. industrial warehouse with a white, reflective roofing system.

The Ledges Condominium

The Ledges Condo is located in beautiful Miami Florida, just around the corner from Dadeland Station and Dadeland Mall. Best Roofing was contracts to replace the roof system.  We tore off the existing system and replaced it with a white, reflective roofing system, which qualified for an FPL energy rebate.

Bermuda Cay Condo

Built on one of the last remaining waterfront parcels on the Palm Beach County Intracoastal, Bermuda Cay Condominiums contracted  Best Roofing to  install a new roofing system.  We installed a 20 year,  white, energy-efficient roofing system on approximately 11,000 sq. ft.  We provided a 20 year manufacturer’s warranty as well as a 5 year Best Roofing Workmanship Guarantee and annual maintenance agreement.

Coconut Grove Bank

Coconut Grove Bank, founded on July 12, 1926 is the oldest continuously operating bank in Miami Dade County. The bank contracted Best Roofing  to replace the entire roof system on their office building  in Coconut Grove.  Best Roofing removed the existing roof and replaced it with an energy efficient white roofing system.  The bank qualified for an FPL rebate for installing a new, energy efficient roofing system.

Lyric Theater

The Lyric Theater was a focal point of social life in Overtown, the center of Miami’s historic African-American community. When the theater opened, it was an important stop on the black vaudeville circuit, known affectionately as the “Chitlin’ Circuit.”

In the 1930s and 1940s, the theater was a major component of NW 2nd Avenue’s “Little Broadway” entertainment district and contributed to Overtown’s reputation as the “Harlem of the South.” The building has been recently restored and serves as a performing arts center. The Lyric Theater was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

Best Roofing was proud to be contracted to install the new roofing systems for the theater through a phased plan, which is still in progress.

The Poverello Center

Best Roofing was contracted for a new construction project for the Poverello Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing life-saving food and basic living essentials  to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in Broward County.   The Poverello Center opened a new retail shop  in which Best Roofing installed a new, white, reflective roofing system over a lightweight concrete deck.

Manaranda Village Condominium

Located in one of Broward County’s best locations and the Golf Community of Jacaranda Country Club is Manaranda Village.  Best Roofing was contracted by the association to remove the existing roofing system and completely re-roof the condominium.  Best Roofing removed the existing lightweight concrete and gravel roofing system down to the structural deck, replaced the roof with a temporary system while construction was taking place and installed a new  lightweight modified roofing system that was energy efficient.

Mizner West Shopping Center

Best Roofing installed a white, reflective roofing system on the building with a .82 solar reflectance, thereby qualifying the shopping center for an FPL rebate.  Mizner West is a newer upscale strip center in downtown Boca Raton, Florida with upscale AAA tenants in the building.  The tenants in this building bring lots of foot traffic enhancing one another’s business.

Marriott Harbor Beach

Best Roofing was contracted to replace the roof with a standing seam metal roofing system as well as on another part of the resort, a white, reflective roofing system.  Sweeping across 16 private acres of seacoast, Marriott’s Harbor Beach Resort is newly renovated and offers unmatched elegance with outstanding service.

The average metal roof cost is nearly double that of an asphalt roof – but a metal roof also offers a greater return on investment. A metal roof will last two to three times longer than a traditional asphalt roof. Once apt to corrode, especially in seaside applications, metal roofs now come with specialized finishes and coatings to handle salt spray.
