Founded in 1969, Team Horner is the largest privately owned swimming pool and spa distributor in the world. Best Roofing was contracted to replace the existing roof system on Team Horner’s industrial warehouse.  We tore the entire roof off down to the existing deck, installed new securock and new TPO membrane over the securock. We flashed all walls and details with new TPO membrane and  installed new metal counter flashing.

Suntrust Bank contracted Best Roofing to remove the existing gravel roof on one of their banks and replace with a modified bitumen roofing system.  Best Roofing installed new insulation board over the metal deck and flashed all roof penetrations and installed galvanized pitch pans.
