Best Roofing was contracted to replace the wet insulation as determined by a moisture survey, prior to installing a 2-ply modified bitumen roof recovery system over the existing 77,620 square foot roof. This system included all flashing and roofing accessories as required by Florida Building Code.

Provided the requirements are met, a roof recovery is often a much more economical alternative to replacing the roof.
