BOCA LYONS PLAZA

Boca Lyons Plaza is a 12,120 sq ft shopping center located in Boca Raton, Florida. Best Roofing was awarded this re-roof project in 2015. Working on the roof of a shopping center with over 40 tenants can be challenging! We removed all existing roof systems down to the metal deck, then proceeded to install insulation, followed by the application of a GAF 4 Ply Modified Bitumen roof system. Due to heavy rains we had to update all of our mechanicals for this specific project. Boca Lyons has a 20 year NDL Manufacturer's Warranty and a 5 year Best Roofing Warranty and Maintenance Agreement.
