MARKETPLACE AT TAMARAC

Located in the Marketplace at Tamarac, Tamarac Preschool Academy provides children with a first-class early development education focused on children as young as 6 weeks to 5 years old. Best Roofing was contracted to remove the existing roof system down to the lightweight concrete along with removing and replacing the expansion joints. We then installed a new multi-ply modified bitumen roofing system in addition to new sheet metal items and walkway pads around mechanical equipment to protect the new roof from frequent traffic in those areas. In addition to the 20 year manufacturer's warranty, Best Roofing implemented a 5 year workmanship warranty.
