PANERA BREAD – SHERIDAN PLAZA

Located at the corner of Sheridan St. & North 56th Ave. in Hollywood, Sheridan Plaza is an open shopping mall with 65 retail stores. One of them is Panera Bread, a bakery-café that offers a variety of food 100% free from all artificial flavors, preservatives and sweeteners. Best Roofing was awarded the job to replace the roof on this property. Our roofing specialists removed the existing roof and replaced it with a new roofing system. The roof was done with a Duro-Last roofing system, a PVC roofing membrane that is highly reflective, watertight and resistant to chemicals, fire and high winds, as well as low maintenance. One of the biggest challenges of this project occurred at the time of the tear off of the existing roof. Our team had to take extra precaution during this process due to multiple gas lines located on the roof.Like most of our projects, we included a 15 year NDL warranty providing the highest quality of service and assurance.
