Burger King Corporation Headquarters
The Burger King Corporation Headquarters selected Best Roofing to restore approximately 22,439 sq. ft. of main roof area. Best Roofing repaired all seams in the existing Modified Bitumen system and installed an energy efficient roof coating system. In addition Best Roofing provided a five (5) year labor and materials warranty, and a ten (10) year leak free warranty.

The Tides at Bridgeside Square Condominium
Situated only 3 blocks from the beach, and located between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, Tides at Bridgeside Square is a 16-story condominium with 246 residential units. Best Roofing was contracted to repair the tile roof and replace the existing flat roof and install an energy efficient white reflective roofing system.
All metal was fabricated in our in-house metal fabrication shop. We provided a fifteen (15) fifteen year manufacturer’s warranty and a two (2) year labor and material warranty from Best Roofing. Additionally, the Condo chose to enroll in our yearly maintenance program with our Umbrella Guarantee.

St. Gregory’s Catholic Church
Best Roofing was contracted to install a new roofing system for St. Gregory’s Catholic Church. We installed an energy efficient white reflective roof and increased the insulation saving St. Gregory’s Parish over $24,000 on their annual energy bill.
St. Gregory the Great Parish was established on August 11, 1959. In the fall of 2006 a huge $6 million drive, “Worshipping Together in Faith” was launched for the much needed renovation, refurbishing and beautification of the parish church.

Del Valle Brands Warehouse
Best Roofing installed an energy efficient roof for the largest industrial warehouse purchase of 2010 in Miami-Dade County to Del Valle Brands. On December 15, 2010, the Miami warehouse building at 7000 NW 33rd Terrace closed at a purchase price of $7.65 million, making it the largest sale of the year in Miami-Dade County for an owner-user of an industrial warehouse. But before any tenants could move in, the 127,010 square foot warehouse needed a new roof installed. The buyers, Sandra and Isaac Lapciuc of Del Valle Brands, turned to Best Roofing for a roof replacement. Due to time restraints of moving into the new building, Best Roofing conducted the entire project – from securing permits to materials and construction – in just 30 days.
