01 - A comprehensive roof audit is performed & scope of work is determined.
02 - A moisture survey is performed if audit reveals its necessity. Change order may be required based on results of testing.
03 – Moisture survey repairs are made.
04 - Perform emergency & remedial scopes of work.
Your roof is immediately under the exclusive Umbrella Maintenance & Warranty Program complete with a detailed list of inspection and maintenance provisions. Renewed annually or on a multi-year basis.
Topical Preventative Maintenance Program
Option 2 - Two Steps, One Easy Decision
01 - A comprehensive site visit (walkthrough) is performed to determine maintenance needs.
02 - We give you a fixed-cost proposal for maintenance.
This is a non warrantied/non-leak free alternative for preventative maintenance. Mutually extended annually or on contractual multi-year option.
Custom Preventative Maintenance Program
Option 3 - Scope of Work Specified
01 - A comprehensive roof audit is performed & scope of work is determined.
02 - Scope of work is performed (warranty can be 180 days for emergency and 365 if both emergency & remedial is completed, limited to scope of work locations – not entire roof system.
Program is based on annual roof inspections. No preset yearly cost as cost is based on yearly inspection required. This is a localized repair alternative to generalized preventative maintenance provisions.
